● Excellent stakeholder engagement across various stakeholders across Hollard, CBA and the project office to ensure timely completion of key deliverables to support the integration.
● Provided timely, succinctly and considered advice, building respectful relationships within Hollard and with CBA counterparts to achieve outcomes.
● Worked with project Sponsor and Workstream Lead to achieve efficient outcomes with the use of external consultants, with a focus on cost containment, to ensure outcomes across both companies are achieved.
